Replacement Tube Bundles

Perry Products fabricates new and replacement tube bundles for existing shell and tube heat exchangers. For fixed tubesheet exchangers, we can cut off the existing tubesheets and replace them with new tubes, tubesheets, and bundle components to restore the exchanger and extend its service life. We can also manufacture complete U-tube bundles for installation in existing exchangers or supply them as spare bundles for future maintenance needs. When replacing a bundle, we can also evaluate opportunities to upgrade the materials of construction to improve corrosion resistance, reliability, or service life for the application. Replacing the tube bundle can often be a cost-effective alternative to purchasing a completely new heat exchanger, particularly when the existing shell, heads, and other major components remain in good condition. It can also reduce downtime, preserve existing piping and support arrangements, and allow customers to address corrosion or service issues without replacing the entire unit.
