Every product line above draws on the same design software, welding qualifications and code registrations. Nothing critical is subcontracted.

Mechanical Design
All designs meet ASME VIII/D1 and/or TEMA Class Shell RCB requirements. Designs are optimized in Compress, PVElite, Code Calc, RCS and FEPipe with SolidWorks 3D modeling.
On-Time Shipment
4–6 week shipment available through the Rapid Production Program (RPP), with 24/7 capability for rush fabrication and repair work.
Materials of Construction
Carbon steel, low-temperature carbon steel, 300/400 series stainless, duplex and super duplex, copper-nickel, nickel-copper, Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel/Incoloy, titanium, clad and overlay.
Titanium Welding
Clean room technology for titanium components and tube-to-tubesheet welding — HEPA filtered supply and return air with a cross/down flow pattern that carries airborne particulates away from the weld zone.
Flange Closure
Manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic stud torquing, with third-party stud tensioning available.
Thermal Design & Guarantee
Thermal, hydraulic and vibration guarantee based on Heat Transfer Research Incorporated (HTRI) thermal design software.
Code Stamping & Registration
ASME U, R and NB registered for heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
Welding Technology
GMAW, SMAW, SAW, GTAW, TIG and ESW, with a clean room environment available for titanium, stainless and high-alloy welding.
High Purity Hydro Test Water
100% reverse osmosis water supply for testing high-alloy heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
