Precision Polishing & Surface Finishing

Perry Products offers precision polishing for heat exchanger components to meet demanding process and cleanliness requirements. We routinely polish channels to a 20 RA finish, as well as tubesheet faces and other wetted surfaces. When required, we can also polish the inside diameter of heat exchanger tubes to a specified RA finish. These capabilities allow us to support applications where smooth surface finishes are important for cleanability, product purity, corrosion resistance, and reduced material buildup. Surface finish requirements can be incorporated into the fabrication process to meet your project specifications.
