Custom Pressure Vessels

In addition to shell and tube heat exchangers, Perry Products fabricates custom pressure vessels, often as part of larger process equipment packages and integrated customer projects. We can manufacture vessels up to approximately 84" OD x 120" high, with capacities up to approximately 3,000 gallons, depending on vessel configuration. Capabilities include vertical vessels with leg supports, jacketed vessels for heating or cooling, and connections ranging from standard ANSI flanged nozzles to sanitary Tri-Clamp fittings. Vessels can be designed and fabricated to meet project-specific pressure, temperature, material, and process requirements.
